Company information

  • Who can join Recyclix?
    • Anyone from any country can join the Recyclix project, as long as they are of legal age, can provide an acceptable internationally-recognized photo ID in their own name, have access to the internet, and have our deposit and withdrawal methods available in their country.
  • Can I open a Recyclix office and/or facility in my country?
    • We are always open to further expansion across the world. However, each facility can cost upwards of 5 million EUR to build, so we will need investor partners who can put up the land and finances required, as well as manage the local bureaucratic processes involved in building a facility. If you wish to discuss a proposal, please get in touch with us with your business plan and we will review it for further collaboration.
  • Is Recyclix a legitimate business?
    • Recycling is a profitable and high-revenue business with excellent growth potential in the EU and beyond. The addresses of our main office and branches are clearly available online on the Contacts page. Anyone can come and visit us personally with prior appointment. We also host regular Open Days where serious investors can arrange to visit our office and facilities to have their doubts settled. We also have our business registration numbers on every page of our website. Videos and photos of our facilities can be found on the regular newsletters we send to our users, as well on our official social media pages managed by authorized Recyclix staff. We also sponsor and attend recycling trade conferences and expos where we invite everyone to join us and meet our team personally.
  • How do I promote Recyclix?
    • All currently available materials to help you promote Recyclix, including your account ID, can be found here: https://recyclix.com/partner/. We also encourage you to refer to the information on our website, regular newsletters, and official social media pages in promoting Recyclix.
  • Can I open a corporate account?
    • It is not possible to convert individual accounts into company accounts, if you are interested in opening a corporate account, you will have to apply for a new account. In order to request a corporate account you will have to register this account through the link https://recyclix.com/signcorp/. The minimum initial funding for corporate accounts is 20.000 Euro. Upon registration of the corporate account, you will be asked to provide us with the following documents: proof of legal registration of your company, ID of the director, VAT number and banking data of your company's bank account. We will ask you to transfer 100 EUR in order to check your documents. If your account will be approved, this amount will be credited to your new account. If the request will be rejected (for example for false information, bank accounts that have already been used to fund another account etc.) this payment will be considered as a service fee. Corporate accounts will not be allowed in any downline, nor will they have a downline. Each company is allowed to open one corporate account only. It will not be possible to convert a corporate account into an individual account at any time.
  • I want to visit your facilities
    • Business collaborators who wish to arrange a viewing of our facilities should contact the local office phone number (Polish, Lithuanian, and Russian language) or email info@recyclix.com to discuss meeting agenda, your business plan, and schedule. But as we cannot guarantee that our schedules will be open for individual visits, we strongly suggest attending one of the Open Days that are scheduled interchangeably between the Latvia and Poland facilities. New schedules and details of Open Days are published ahead of time on our newsletters and social media pages.
  • What is the future business plan of Recyclix?
    • Recyclix as an online recycling platform will remain operational until we reach our financial goal that is tied to our actual production capacity. All users will still be able to purchase waste packages for recycling until such time that this capacity is reached. When that happens, new waste packages will no longer be available. However, existing packages will still be processed and generate profits for another 10 cycles to make sure that all users see a return of their initial payment together with a profit margin. After this transition period, Recyclix will focus on its core business which is recycling waste and producing plastic granules. A new earning opportunity will be available through a different platform and revenue system, details of which will be provided once finalized.


Account information and security

  • There is an error when I log in (or with the captcha system)
    • Please clear your internet cache and cookies, or try using a different browser on a desktop computer.
  • Why is my account blocked?
    • Our system regularly performs security checks and deactivates accounts that shows signs of being auto-generated, multiple accounts under the same IP, third-party funded accounts, and accounts with missing/incomplete or false data. Your account may have fallen under one of these categories and is therefore blocked. If you did not commit any of the abovementioned infringements, or can provide a detailed explanation on why your account was flagged, please email us again and our tech department can review your account. As per our terms, we also deactivate accounts that have not been funded within 60 days of registration, or do not see any activity in 12 months.
  • I made a mistake in my birth date and/or name, can you change it for me?
    • The name and birth date field cannot be changed directly by the users for reasons of security and proper identification. Please send us an official ID in the Latin alphabet bearing your correct date of birth and exact name, and we will forward your request to our membership administration. But please note that name changes are only to correct small mistakes or misspellings of the same name of the same person. This feature is not to completely change the owner of the account. All details should be written in the Latin alphabet. Exceptions apply only in cases of name change due to marriage/divorce, or official court-approved change names. Respective documentation shall be submitted in these cases.
  • I am having trouble uploading my ID/credit card validation photo
    • For privacy and data security reasons, we cannot accept document copies by email. Please UPLOAD the document file in the correct resolution to the system through the upload link provided in the email we sent you or in your Recyclix account dashboard. The photo should be of yourself holding up the exact same credit card that you used and the official ID together. They should be in the Latin alphabet, readable and the names should be matching. Please make sure that the photo meets the ideal size of between 0.5 to 1.5 mb.
  • What happens to my funds if my account was registered under a nickname/fake name, or otherwise violated the terms?
    • Your account will be blocked and we will not be able to refund you.
  • Can my family/friends and I have different accounts under the same IP?
    • If there will be multiple accounts opened from same IP, they will each have to have their own deposit and withdrawal methods in their own name. The details of each account also needs to be properly filled in with their correct names and birthdates. ID validation can be requested from each one at any time.
  • I forgot my password
    • The password recovery link only works for confirmed email addresses. If you already confirmed your address beforehand, please make sure that you have checked your Spam or Trash folders as the recovery message may have been waywardly sent to those folders instead. Also, please try using a different browser or device (not mobile), and clear your cache and cookies. If your email was not confirmed before, please use the Lost Account form that is found on the website footer.
  • I lost my Google Authenticator app and/or device where I have activated it.
    • If you cannot log in because you activated the 2F-factor authentication and then deleted the app, or lost your mobile device, or entered the wrong code too many times, you can use this account recovery form that can be found on the footer under Sitemap showing as "Lost Account?" https://recyclix.com/lost/ Please explain your particular situation in the comment field.
  • I want to use more than one device for the Google Authenticator security feature.
    • Please go to your Edit Profile page and click on Secure Authentication. You will then have to input the current pin code from your original device in order to display a new QR code to link the new device. This only works if you still have access to Google Authenticator on your original device and can log in to your account with it.
  • I want to change my sponsor
    • You will have to email the support team using your registered email. If approved, the Change Master tab will be enabled on your Edit Profile page and you have to click that to initiate your request directly. Please remember that you can only change your sponsor ONCE. You cannot change to a different one in the future, so please make sure you select your correct and final sponsor.
  • I invited someone but they are not in my downline, can you transfer him to my sponsorship?
    • In order for our technical department to action this, we need to receive the request directly from your referral's email address to verify that he is indeed requesting this change.
  • I do not receive confirmation emails.
    • Please make sure that you have entered your email address correctly. Also, please check your Spam or Trash folders as the confirmation message may have been waywardly sent to those folders instead. Finally, please try using a different browser or device (not mobile), and clear your cache and cookies. If all else fails, log in to your account, go to Edit Profile page, and change your email address there to another one you can use as some domains may be blocking messages as spam.


Earnings system

  • What is the waste quota?
    • All users have a default waste quota of 5000kg (1000 EUR worth). This is to make sure that all waste packages can be processed as per the current capacity of our facilities. If you wish to buy more than your initial quota, you will have to buy usufructuary rights for the equipment used to process these wastes.
  • What are equipment units?
    • Equipment units are usufructuary rights for the equipment you buy to increase your waste quota. Please note that you do not earn recycling profits from the payments you make on equipment units, nor do they increase your cycle stage profits (these always stay at 6% and 8% for ALL users). Equipment units only increase your revenue share when you finally sell your material. The default is 25%, and it can go up to 50% depending on the type and number of units you buy. Whatever increase in quota and selling revenue share you acquired from purchased will remain active for the duration of the current platform.
  • Do I need to use my own funds to earn with Recyclix?
    • We do give a 20 EUR bonus as a sign up promotional gift to demonstrate how things work, it is not designed to give you profit indefinitely. We recently updated our terms and if you do not add your own funds after 60 days of registration, your account will be deemed inactive and will no longer be accessible. Also, please note that as long as you do not make any fundings of your own, you can only withdraw through bank wire, not through Paypal or Bitcoin. This is to comply with international AML and KYC financial regulations and to prevent fraudulent users who sign up multiple accounts or bot registrations just to take advantage of the bonus.
  • I did not receive the bonus
    • In order to get your 20 EUR bonus, you have to register your real name, full address, and birth date. This will help us later validate your real identity if needed. So please make sure you have completely filled out the data fields requested upon registration, and be careful when doing so as the data cannot be changed once entered.
  • Why is there a 7-day hold on commissions?
    • Referral commissions are released only after 7 days on hold to make sure that deposits made by your referrals have indeed successfully been transferred to our accounts. We cannot send you the commissions immediately to protect us from loss in case of payment reversals and charge backs by your referrals, or other issues that can happen when transferring money.
  • What are referral commissions and how do I earn with them?
    • Referral commissions are earnings you get as a reward for every new member who signs up and manually enters your unique account ID found on your Edit Profile page. You can earn a 12% commission from every external fundings of your affiliate. The bonus EUR 20 we are giving away to new members as a promotion is not counted. The recycling earnings of your referral, as well as any internal account transfers they make, is also NOT counted for commissions. Referrals are considered active users once they have made their first payment into their account. Please note that there is a 7-day hold for referral commissions before they are released into your balance. This is to make sure that their payments have indeed successfully come to our accounts and to protect against fraudulent payments and chargebacks.
  • Do I need to declare my Recyclix earnings for taxation purposes?
    • Tax regulations are different for each country and it is the user’s choice and responsibility to declare his earnings to the tax authorities in his own country. In order to help users who wish to declare their Recyclix income for taxation purposes, we have the statement page now that you can download as a PDF file if you need a supporting document for your tax submission. Users will have a unique 12-digit account number for this purpose. However, this statement is only available for users who have COMPLETELY filled out their profile page (real name, birth date, full address, etc.) What you pay taxes for depends on your country. Some countries levy a tax only on amounts that you have withdrawn or have access to (in this case, Total Withdrawals). Some countries tax every profit, even if you have not withdrawn or accessed it (in this case, Total Earnings). So please consult a tax accountant in your own country if you wish to declare your Recyclix earnings.
  • Why cannot I sell my regrind or granules if I have less than 33.33% sell revenue share?
    • We have indeed deactivated the "SELL" option by default for all users who have a share of less than 33.33% to avoid mistakenly selling your materials prematurely, resulting into a possible financial loss for you. However, if you still wish to make a SELL with a possible loss, please CONFIRM it with us through an email to the appropriate support channel.


Payments and payouts

  • There is an error when I try to withdraw by BTC (or Paypal) / Can I withdraw without deposits?
    • In order to comply with international AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customers) financial regulations, Bitcoin and Paypal payments are only available to users who have used a bank account or a valid credit card in their name to deposit to their Recyclix account. If you do not have deposits, you can only withdraw through a bank account in your own name. But after 60 days from the date of registration, accounts WITHOUT external deposits will be deleted.
  • Can I use someone else's card or account to deposit (or withdraw)?
    • We take account security very seriously, and so we only accept payments or send payouts to accounts under your own name. It means you cannot deposit using someone else's card or bank account, even with their permission. You also cannot withdraw to someone else's bank, credit card or Paypal account. In cases of violations, your account can be suspended or terminated.
  • I can't withdraw because I don't have 20 EUR yet. What can I do?
    • The minimum withdrawal amount for all methods (including internal transfer for reinvestment)is 20 EUR, and we are not in a position to lower it. Since you have less than the minimum required, you cannot reinvest this amount or withdraw it yet. What you can do is deposit your own funds and go through the recycling process to generate more profit. Or you can invite more people and this way you will add more referral commissions. This way, your total withdrawal balance will go above 20 EUR and then you can withdraw.
  • I am trying to deposit by card but it keeps declining or getting an error message.
    • For security reasons and as per normal financial protocols, we only accept cards that have 3d authentication enabled. They are those cards that forward you to a bank payment page or require you to input an SMS code or similar. We also have very stringent security filters so any mismatch from your data entered and the one embedded in your card will result into a failed transaction, with no funds transferred to our account at all. Declines can also be triggered if you are trying to use the card in a different location than where it was issued (for example, if you are traveling abroad or using a card issued in a different country). We also discourage the use of virtual cards because we need a physical card to validate your identity and that it is in fact in your possession at the time of use. We suggest that you deposit by bank transfer instead which does not have any fees from our side.
  • What are your account funding methods?
    • We accept payments through wire transfer, Bitcoins, and credit cards as long as it is with 3d authentication enabled. These are cards that forward you to a bank payment page or require you to input an SMS code or similar. The minimum amount for all methods is 20 EUR. The maximum funding via credit cards is capped at 500 EUR per transction. We do not limit bank transfers however your bank might impose limitations for SEPA transfers, usually 10,000 EUR. Bitcoins transfers are not capped.
  • I wired some money but it is still not on my balance
    • If the transaction is successful, funds will be reflected on your account as soon as it arrives into our own bank account which can take 1-3 (SEPA) or 7-14 (rest of the world) business days, depending on bank schedule. We can also credit funds only when the billing dept is open (weekdays, 10am-5pm Warsaw time).
  • Why don't you accept Paypal or other online payment providers as a funding method?
    • We understand that Paypal and the like may be the most convenient method for some of our members. However, we cannot accept it at the moment because payments made from Paypal and other similar online third party payment processors can be too easily reversed or disputed, and their terms of service allows them to block accounts without reason or warning, which puts the company at a disadvantage as it leaves us vulnerable to security breaches and financial loss.
  • My Paypal withdrawal results in an error
    • We only send Paypal payouts to verified accounts. If your account is verified and you still cannot complete the transaction, it may be because of restrictions imposed by Paypal or your country on accepting incoming international EUR personal payments. Please review your Paypal account restrictions or country regulations (send-only countries, does not accept foreign currency payments, limits personal payments or overseas payments, amount limitations, etc.). It may also be because of connection timeouts between our and Paypal's servers. In this case, please allow some time and try again.
  • I made a withdrawal some time ago but it is still not on my account although the money left my balance
    • In our continued efforts to combat fraudulent activities and to protect the users and the company's financial security, all payout requests are now being manually verified by our tech team. This validation process can add some processing time, so payouts may suffer some delays and take more time than usual, so please allow 1-3 days. Please be patient and rest assured that your withdrawal will be processed in the order it was received.
  • How can I withdraw my earnings?
    • You can withdraw from your WITHDRAWAL balance (NOT Goods Cost) into your verified Paypal account with no country restrictions on incoming EUR personal payments, a SEPA or international bank account, or back into your account balance for reinvestment. Paypal and Bitcoin withdrawals are available for those people who have deposited external funds into their account via bank transfer or credit card. This is to is to verify user identity and for us to comply with international AML (anti-money laundering) and KYC (know your customers) regulations. The minimum withdrawal amount for all methods is 20 EUR. In order to place a payout request, please click on your withdrawal balance button at the upper right corner of your member’s area page, indicate the necessary payout amount, choose the payout method, and specify all necessary information about the payee. Payout requests are processed on business days during working hours, from 10 AM to 5PM, Warsaw time. All Bitcoin payments are performed automatically, Paypal requests are processed the same day but can take up to 3 days, and bank transfers are done on business days only and can take up to 3-7 business days depending on bank schedule. Withdrawal to a Visa or Mastercard in the user's own name is also possible if the card is issued in the EUR currency and from a European bank.
  • Your SWIFT code is not accepted by my bank / is missing 3 digits
    • Please make sure that you are copying our SWIFT code correctly. If your bank requires 11 digits instead of 8 for the SWIFT code, please add XXX at the end.
  • I selected the automatic restart option, and now the profits go to my account balance. Can I withdraw it?
    • You cannot transfer ANY money from account balance to withdrawal balance, even if it is above 20 EUR. You can only do it the other way around (withdrawal to account balance, min 20 EUR). All you can do with your account balance is buy waste and equipment units. This has no minimum. So please use whatever is in your account balance to buy waste or units. For your preferred action after each cycle stage, please go to your Edit Profile Page and tick the appropriate box: Wait while I select next action (manual intervention needed every time the cycle ends); Restart automatically and take profit (automatically restart the cycle stages but the profits will go still to Withdrawal Balance as normal); Restart automatically and compound profit (the profits go to Account Balance and automatically used to buy more waste until you reach your quota).
  • I requested a withdrawal but it is still not processed
    • For every withdrawal request, we send a confirmation email to registered address of the user. The withdrawal confirmation link expires within 24 hours. If not clicked in time, the withdrawal will be automatically canceled and the funds sent back to your balance so you can make a new request.
  • I no longer have the card I used on Recyclix so I cannot upload it anymore
    • Even if you no longer wish to use a particular card moving forward, you still have to upload your photo with an ID and THAT card. If you do not have the physical card anymore, or if the card does not have your name embossed on the front of it, you have to upload a photo of yourself with an ID and the credit card statement or an online account screenshot showing that card number was issued under your name.
  • My bitcoin deposit was not credited
    • The minimum deposit amount for ALL methods is 20 EUR. If you send less than 20 EUR in bitcoins, we will not be able to credit it to your account and the amount will be forfeited in our favor.
